What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ is typically 5 metric tons per specification, but we accommodate mixed-container orders for distributors and project orders for contractors.
What is the production lead time?
Standard production lead time is 15-25 days, plus 20-35 days sea freight to GCC ports.
Which payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T, L/C, D/A, D/P and O/A. Long-term framework agreements are welcome.
Do you provide Mill Test Certificates?
Yes, every batch ships with an MTC per EN 10204 3.1, including chemical composition and mechanical test results.
Can you ship to my port?
We ship FOB Tianjin or CIF to Jebel Ali, Dammam, Jeddah, Khalifa Port, Hamad Port and other GCC destinations.
Is third-party inspection available?
Yes, SGS, BV or TUV inspection can be arranged at origin or destination.
Can products be customized?
Yes, we produce to your exact OD, wall thickness, length, grade and surface treatment requirements.

Shipping and Delivery
Which ports do you ship to in the Middle East?
We ship regularly to Jebel Ali (UAE), Dammam and Jeddah (Saudi Arabia), Hamad Port (Qatar), Shuwaikh (Kuwait), Sohar (Oman) and Bahrain. For West Africa and other regions we also ship from the same Tianjin plant to major African ports on request.
What shipping terms are available?
FOB Tianjin, CIF destination port, CFR and DDP can all be arranged. For CIF and DDP orders we manage the sea freight, insurance and documentation, which simplifies customs clearance at the destination.
How is steel packed for sea freight?
Pipes and tubes are packed in hexagonal bundles or wooden cases with waterproof wrapping and rust-preventive treatment. Sheets, coils and bars are secured on pallets or steel skids with protective covers, suitable for container or bulk vessel loading.
Payment and Ordering
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard MOQ is 25 metric tons per size for most products, and a full container load for coils and sheets. Trial orders and mixed-size containers can be discussed for first orders.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment or against copy of B/L), and L/C at sight for larger orders. Terms are confirmed in the sales contract before production starts.
Can I order samples before a bulk order?
Yes. Sample pieces with the Mill Test Certificate can be sent by air courier. The sample cost is deducted from the first bulk order for new customers.
Quality and Certification
Do you provide Mill Test Certificates?
Every shipment includes a Mill Test Certificate per EN 10204 3.1 with heat numbers, chemical analysis and mechanical properties. Third-party inspection by SGS, BV or TUV can also be arranged before loading.
